My name is Lian, I'm an experienced and qualified florist, specialising in wedding flowers.

I have been working in floristry for over 10 years, since receiving my floristry qualification from Berkshire College of  Agriculture. To further broaden my knowledge and understanding of the floristry industry, I moved to Germany to work for half a year at a popular florist, working to their standards and learning a different approach that enhanced my personal style.

Prior to this, I worked in several local florists around Oxfordshire. As well as this, I worked for an events florist in London,  providing large scale table arrangements and I am proud to have had the opportunity to work on a charity event for Simon Cowell.

I have a Swedish mother and a German grandfather and as a result I have been brought up speaking three languages, hence my ability and decision to work in Germany. My grandfather has always been an inspiration to me as I was growing up, he has always worked hard. He became a well known chef in his area, owning and running several popular restaurants in Sweden and due to him I have always held dear the motto of work hard, dream big, be brave and make it happen. It is because of his influence that from a young age I always dreamed of starting my own business.

Floristry was not my intended career I thought it would be dance, but I fell in love with flowers whilst working at a local florist for work experience whilst at school. I currently combine being a florist with my other passion, yes.. you might have guessed, dance, and work as a part time dance teacher, mostly with younger children and occasionally with adults. 

I achieved my other big dream recently having proudly bought my own home with my amazing partner in South Oxfordshire, this laid the foundations for the start of Faithfully Yours and it provided me with the space and time to work on the business from the comfort of my own home.
